if this keeps up! Josiah has had three completely random head/face injuries in TWO DAYS. Seriously!? As my brother so eloquently said, "when it rains it pours!" ...he's not kidding!
Injury 1- Josiah and Grandpa's sharp walking stick randomly collided in a weird "turn" of events (he was turning, Josiah was turning or something and ...AHH!! scratch down his face by his eye)
Injury 2- Josiah was laying on his back on the kitchen floor, during a random goofy moment where he was playing or singing or something, and LYDIA THE MIGHTY walks up and decides her playtex sippy water cup would be really fun to just randomly SLAM on her brother's forehead. Um... what!? Seriously!?
Injury 3- (saving the best for last! Actually, they were all in this order...) We're walking into Walgreens tonight and he kinda, trips... on his own feet, possibly lost balance also due to "the coat hood game" mommy was playing with him (I feel so bad if that did indeed cause him to loose his balance!) and he just crashed forward on his forehead... got a big goose-egg and scratches along with the huge bruise/bump.
I feel the need to reiterate these were all ACCIDENTAL! lol. Seriously, someone's going to report us if he doesn't stop bangin' his head! poor little guy! He's got me totally worried and I just have way too many hormones for all the extra worry these days :) I'm going to have to put a helmet with a face guard on him or something for a few days!
Anyway, please say a little prayer for the quick and speedy recovery of all our little man's "boo-boo's"! It's just tough being three.
