So today Josiah and Lydia made a wonderful (and imaginary) "vegetable cake". Josiah excitedly brought me the pot, three green play forks stuck in it, and said, "Mommy! Mommy! We made you this cake!" Lydia smiling behind him, just nodded.
Me: "Okay, let's go out to the living room and eat it, since Ben is asleep in here."
They both run out to the living room and we all sit down to eat the cake. Lydia reaches for a fork and Josiah promptly exclaims,
"WAIT LYDIA! We have to pray first!!"
